This blog is dedicated to the people out there looking to make a change
in their lives. It is contributed by three Michigan State university
students, two majoring in dietetics and one who is intensely involved in
fitness and has strong interests in bio-mechanics.We are doing this
because it is our goals in life to reach out to people from all over the
world in attempts to help better their lives.
School is a very stressful and busy time as we are all students, so there is no real "schedule" on blog posts. We try and give out content when we feel the desire and passion to write, because we don't want to put out bland and uninteresting posts for you to read.
